Terms of service
These terms apply when you use www.salonedigital.com or order a service from Salone Digital. By placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy and refund policy.
1. Our services
We prepare documents, designs, videos and websites based on the information you give us. Service descriptions, prices and delivery times are shown in the app. Delivery times start when we have everything we need from you and, where a deposit is required, when the deposit is paid.
2. Your information must be true
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including names, dates, qualifications, work history and references. Check your preview carefully before you pay. We will not create or alter certificates, results, identity documents, references, payslips or any document meant to deceive, and we will cancel any order that asks for this.
3. Academic integrity
For theses, dissertations, projects, proposals and essays, we format, proofread, edit for language and help with references and slides. We do not write assignments, theses or exam answers for you to submit as your own work. You remain responsible for following your institution's rules.
4. Previews, prices and payment
- For most services you see a watermarked preview before you pay. When you are happy, you pay and your clean files unlock.
- Larger jobs (for example thesis formatting, business plans, logos, videos and websites) require a 50% deposit before work starts. The balance unlocks the final files.
- Prices are in Sierra Leone Leones (NLe). The price shown when you confirm your order is the price you pay. An Express fee applies if you choose Express delivery.
- Payments are processed by Monime using Orange Money, Afrimoney, Visa or Mastercard. Use your order code (for example SD-AB12CD) as the reference for any manual transfer.
5. Changes and revisions
Each service includes the rounds of changes listed in the app. Requests that change the job significantly (for example a new design from scratch or a different document) may be charged as a new order. We will tell you the price before doing extra work.
6. Ownership and use of files
Watermarked previews remain our property. When you have paid in full, you may use your final files for any lawful purpose. You confirm that you have the right to use the photos, logos, music, text and other material you send us. We may not show your work as an example of our services without your permission.
7. Your account, links and downloads
Your order link and "My documents" sign-in give access to your files. Keep them private. Download links expire for your security; you can get a new one in the app for 12 months after payment.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use Salone Digital to break the law, deceive employers, schools or authorities, infringe other people's rights, upload harmful files, or attack or overload the platform. We may refuse or cancel orders that break these terms.
9. Our responsibility
We take care to deliver good work on time. We cannot promise that a CV, letter, application or business plan will get you a job, admission, a loan or any other result. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Sierra Leone consumer law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Sierra Leone. If you have a complaint, contact us first and we will try to resolve it quickly.
